Imagine learning from two of the best trail runners in the world, Joe McConaughy and Max King. Joe is one of the best ultra-long distance trail runners, having set the PCT record. Max specializes in shorter distance trail running with two world championships. Together, they’ve designed an unforgettable trail running experience. We hope you’ll join us for a great trail running experience.

Camp Fee: $800

You may choose to make a $200 deposit now to reserve your spot and pay the balance by June 1, or you may pay the full registration fee.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

A non-refundable deposit of $200 can be placed to hold a camp spot. The balance is due no later than June 1 or the spot will be vacated at that time and the deposit forfeited.

Cancellations before June 1 are eligible for a complete refund excluding deposit. Cancellations after June 1 will not be eligible for a refund unless the spot can be filled from a wait list. At that time supplies will be purchased and it is assumed that the camper will be at camp. We hope you understand the need to have an accurate head count and funds to purchase food and other non-returnable items.

Organizers reserve the right to cancel camp at any time due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to natural disasters, forest fire, or forest closure. Any and all payments made to Max King TRC will be refunded EXCLUDING the $200 deposit.

Organizers reserve the right to cancel camp if a minimum number of 15 participants is not reached within two months of any scheduled camp. Any and all payments made to Max King TRC will be refunded INCLUDING the $150 deposit.

A trail running camp led by Max King in the Pacific Northwest focusing on trail running, trail stewardship, trail maintenance, map reading and navigation skills, nutrition, training and wilderness skills.

A week before the @gpt100miler I was skiing powder in Oregon as part of my taper. Figured it was easy on the legs. To be honest, I was a little caught off guard with this race and the course and conditions humbled me.
